Train once or twice per week with dedicated, knowledgeable and qualified coaches who pay special attention to the development of each child. Children will be introduced to the basic technical skills of soccer (dribbling, passing, receiving) in an engaging environment through activities that are age appropriate and fun. The curriculum follows US Youth Soccer guidelines. Individual verbal evaluation by staff is available.

• Two outdoor training sessions per week
• Competitive League Play |

Train twice per week with dedicated, knowledgeable and qualified coaches who pay special attention to the development of each child. In this age group, besides further developing the players' technical skills (dribbling, passing, receiving, etc.), we put emphasis on the basic tactical elements of the game (small group attacking, defending and transition). Our coaches will create a fun and challenging environment for learning, and the curriculum follows US Youth Soccer guidelines. Individual verbal and written evaluation by staff is available.

Train twice per week throughout the year – year long commitment making is necessary and expected. Competitive level of league play and tournaments. Strong reinforcement of the player's technical skills and further studying, understanding and performing the tactical elements of the game. Small and larger group settings, fast paced, challenging environment. The curriculum follows US Youth Soccer guidelines. Individual verbal and written evaluation by staff is available.

Train twice per week from November – seven months long commitment making is necessary and expected. Competitive level of league play and college showcase tournaments rounding out the schedule. Fine tuning of the player's technical skills and full focus on the tactical elements of the game (attacking, defending, transition) in full sided team settings and very challenging environment. The curriculum follows US Youth Soccer guidelines. Individual verbal and written evaluation by staff is available.

Speed, Agility and Fitness Training |
| |
Specialized training with a focus on improving speed, agility and soccer-specific fitness. Training is available to U12-U18 boys and girls. Increase agility, flexibility, coordination, speed and core strength, build endurance and enhance power. Dynamic vs. static stretching, soccer-specific exercises and games, evaluation per specialized soccer fitness tests. 1v1, 1v2, 2v1, 2v2 games with pressure of time and limited space.
Speed
• Increase natural speed for more explosiveness (covering distance)
• Increase technical speed and quickness (movements with the ball)
• Increase mental speed for quicker reaction time
Agility
• Learn footwork that is strong, sleek and quick
• Learn coordinated change of direction and pace
• Balance body movements
Fitness
• Develop superior strength and fitness level
• Build core strength and boost endurance
• Develop endurance to last 90 minutes of demanding competitions
